At Howling Bandit Coffee Co., we strive to provide you with the best coffee subscription box experience. We offer many different shipping options both in Canada and in the United States. Return issues are dealt with swiftly, and if there is ever a problem of any kind, we are only here to make it right for you.  At the end of the day, we are all a part of a big coffee family.  The Bandit won't let you down.

1. Cancellation for Online Orders: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing. After this period, as we move swiftly into production, hence changes can't be made. To cancel within the time frame, drop us an email at We maintain fixed pricing, so price adjustments aren't provided.

2. Subscription Orders: Once confirmed, subscription orders are set in stone. Adjustments to the upcoming order? Make sure you do it before the coffee hits the roaster or no guarantees.

3. Merchandise and Equipment Returns: Got gear or merchandise? You can send them back within 15 days from the purchase date, provided they're untouched and packed as they came. Customer covers the return shipping, and once we verify the item's pristine condition, we'll process your refund. Begin the process by mailing us at

4. Pickup Orders: There will be weekly limited options for pick up in Oakville announced on the website.  Cancellation for these is a 24-hour game. Failed to claim your order? We won't refund but will shoot you a note to let you know the next opportunity to get it.  Thinking of shipping it instead? Either meet our free shipping benchmark ($65) or bear the shipping cost.

5. On the Topic of Roasted Coffee: Once it's roasted, it's yours for keeps. We don’t accept returns or give refunds on roasted delights.
