🐺 For online orders, you've got a 24-hour window to hit the brakes. After that, we're committed to the roast. Need to cancel within that time? Email us at contact@howlingbandit.com. No price adjustments after the fact.
🐺 Subscriptions, once confirmed, are final. Make sure to tweak your next orders to your taste before we start the roast.
🐺 Picked up some of our gear? You can return merchandise and brewing equipment within 15 days, as long as they're in their original, unopened condition. Return shipping's on you. We’ll process your refund after checking the returned gear. Kick off the process by emailing contact@howlingbandit.com.
🐺 For pick-up orders, there's a 24-hour window for cancellations. Unclaimed orders? No refunds. We’ll remind you after a week. Fancy shipping instead of pickup? Ensure your order meets the free shipping criteria, or shipping costs are on you.
🐺 Just so you know, roasted coffee is final sale - no returns or refunds.

1. When will your coffee be shipped? We take care to roast your coffee to perfection. After placing your order, it will be prepared and sent out within 3 to 5 business days.
2. Got a notification, but no tracking updates? When we notify you that your order is fulfilled, it simply means we've packed it and it's waiting for a carrier pickup. Carriers collect from us frequently every week, so if it's not on its way today, it will be by the next business day.
3. Address mistakes? Double-check your shipping details in the order confirmation. If you've made a mistake, contact us immediately at contact@howlingbandit.com. Any changes after shipping might result in additional costs for the customer.
4. Haven’t received our emails? If our emails aren't in your inbox, check your spam. Still nothing? Reach out to us at contact@howlingbandit.com with your order info.
5. Who delivers your coffee and how long does it take?
a. FedEx - Using FedEx Standard Overnight service, most orders within Canada arrive in 1-2 business days after we send them out. Sometimes, we might use FedEx Ground, making delivery 2-5 business days. For certain locations, Canada Post might step in.
b. Frontier Express - For Ontario deliveries, your coffee will generally reach you in 1-2 days after shipment. For some areas in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island, it's about 3-4 days. You'll get tracking updates, including a picture when it's delivered.
c. Stallion Express - Catering to both Canada and the U.S., they provide tracking details with most Canadian deliveries taking 3-7 days from the day we ship. For our U.S. customers, expect your package in about 4-6 business days once it's dispatched.
d. Canada Post - Ideal for PO boxes or distant areas, their deliveries vary but usually, it's 3-7 business days after we send your order out. You'll get a tracking number for updates.
